Hey, y'all! I wanted to do something a little different with this post, and show you how I'm keeping everything organized for my current FET cyle. Links are non-affiliate, just included for convenience.
First things first, the hub. Having everything in a central location has been great, especially since our bathroom counter space is limited and can't accommodate all the bits and bobs that come with fertility treatment. We actually keep this container in our coat closet because the temperature is perfect for medications like PIO.
We already had this container, but the same one can be found at Target.
Drawer one: Drawing-up needles. My prescription came with the 18g drawing-up needles pre-affixed to the syringes. With all the packaging, these take up a good deal of space!
Drawer 2: Additional PIO supplies. In the back are the smaller 22g needles for administering the injections. In front are alcohol wipes and vials of PIO. I was able to order the alcohol wipes in bulk from Amazon, which left enough left over to restock our first aid kit.
Drawer 3: Oral medications and comfort measures. I keep a couple of those ice packs in the freezer, and the ones in here can be heated up to help with knots after injection. Similarly, the ball in the roller can be heated up in warm water for a lil massage after injection.
Both of those items came from amazon as well.
That's it! What are your favorite tips or tricks to stay organized during a transfer cycle? Drop some knowledge in the comments below - and let me know if you'd like to see more posts like this in the future.
